Fair Creek Building Solutions was founded in 2018 when our founder, Duane Stoltzfus, noticed that while many steel-frame manufacturers sold building kits, customers still wanted a full-service company to handle design, permitting, and the entire construction process. Aiming to be that solution for the equine, dairy, and beef industries, Fair Creek got to work. Since then, we’ve designed and installed steel-frame structures along the Eastern Seaboard, as well as Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, and many other states.

We’re proud to be approved installers of WeCover Structures, offering both fabric and steel-covered roofs with custom adaptations for roof pitches, ventilation, and other project-specific needs.
